

Martha McCord
Church pianist and vocalist, Martha McCord, has over five decades of church music experience in accompanying choirs, ensembles, and congregations with the piano, organ and digital keyboard. She was born and reared in West End, Atlanta. She was saved as a young child and, throughout her life, her calling has been to serve in church music. From age six she had piano tutors, including Archie Lane Mosely of Atlanta. She earned her BA degree from the University of Central Florida with a teaching certificate. She is married to Harry McCord and has two granddaughters. She is a member of Georgia Baptist Jubalheirs. Her long legacy of music includes her great-grandfather Bill Lee, who founded the Singing School of Jonesboro. Her goal is, through music, to prepare hearts for worship and always to glorify the Lord.
